Baby Patisserie was born from a love of unique and bespoke baby gifts an interest in parent designed products and a love of UK design; Inspiration for our first baby nappy cake came a friend and quickly developed into a business which catered for babies age 0 - 18 months but as with all babies and hobbies, Baby Patisserie has developed and grown into the thriving 'Baby Patisserie' boutique that you now see. 

Today, Baby Patisserie offers a great range of baby nappy cakes, giftware, boutique children's wear and shoes that make happy babies and mums. Baby Patisserie uses locally sourced and handmade products where possible, so that baby’s first footprints are on your heart not on the environment. We pride ourselves on spending hours sourcing the best baby products on the market which are designed by parents for parents so that our customers dont have to! Officially we cater for children age 0 - 6 but because we know that children don't always grow at the same rate, we offer clothing in sizes up to age 8.

Baby Patisserie helps local businesses by showcasing the best of the North East’s products and helps make mum’s happy through retailing beautiful gifts especially for them. We also consult on baby shower planning, work to raise awareness of the need to support both baby and mum physically and emotionally and run an empowering blog with guest parent's blogging about being a parent.
