Shoo Shoos

Founded in 1996 to make the best leather baby shoes available, shoo shoos is a family run business based in Cape Town. They own our own factories and no baby shoes leave their warehouses unless they have been individually checked by them for both leather quality and construction. Shooshoos also has its own design and testing facility where stringent tests are carried out on all materials and their assembly before a new product is released.

95% of shoo shoos baby shoe components are sourced in South Africa and every shoe is made in South Africa. The soft sole baby shoes are made in shoo shoo  factories or by small teams of woman from local disadvantaged communities and they take great pride in the beautiful baby shoes they produce.  The leathers used in the soft leather baby shoes are eco friendly and have been tested by South African and the UK Bureau of Standards to ensure they contain no harmful substances. Shoo Shoo use a selection of the best bovine nappa’s, and suede leathers for their baby shoes and all of their products and packaging can be fully recycled and their carbon footprint is minimal.
