Delivery
FREE DELIVERY is available on all orders that are being shipped to an address within the UK mainland. All items shipped using this option are sent Royal Mail and take 4-7 working days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
FLAT RATE £4.50 SHIPPING - Unless other wise stated on a product, Baby Patisserie operates a flat rate shipping policy on orders within the UK Mainland. We do not believe in charging you extra because of how much your order weighs or in making you wait until the checkout stage in your order before telling you how much the shipping charges are. Baby Patisserie believes that our customers deserve to know how much we charge you for shipping before you order. Items will be despatched as quickly as possible however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Orders going to within the UK but to addresses which are not within the UK mainland are subject to an additional £3 postage charge.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS BEFORE 1PM - This service is available to UK mainland customers only at present and we are curerntly working on ways of extending this to service across the United Kingdom. It is available on orders for products which are in stock and subject to availability from our delivery providers. The charge for this service is £10.95
Discount vouchers and promotional codes are not applicable to postage charges and due to our free delivery option we do not issue discounts.

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days, however if the item has already been dispatched you will be required to wait until the item has arrived and to follow our refunds and returns policy.
Refunds and Returns
We value each and every one of our customers greatly and take pride in providing outstanding customer services.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your Baby Patisserie order you may wish to contact us before sending your return to see if we can resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve the problem you may return your purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund*. (Refund excludes any money paid for Postage & Packaging). Please note you are responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
As a multiplatform retailer, Baby Patisserie retails across Europe and a variety of platforms such as Amazon UK, Amazon FR, Amazon ES, Amazon IT, Amazon DE and Play as well as our own website. In order to keep our charges simple and enable our customers to make quick and simple price comparisons all of our items are marked free shipping due to the variety of sellers who use high postage charges to increase the cost of customer orders. Please note that this is to enable quick price comparisons for our customers and that postage is built into the items sale price and in the event of a return this charge will be deducted from your refund total.
Built in postage charges are £2.70 for any item weighing less than 750g, £5,99 for items weighing more than 750g but less than 5kg and £9 for items between 5 and 20kg. This amount will be deducted from your refund following receipt of a returned item in its original condition. Please do not be offended that we reinforce this rule, it is company policy.
*Please note a full refund including postage charges will only be issued if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is dispatched it will need to be returned to us before a refund is issued, the refund will be less the amount for postage and packaging unless the item is faulty.
Delayed Delivery
The delivery timescales stated on the delivery page are to be used as a guideline only. Baby Patisserie cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by Couriers or Royal Mail nor can we be held responsible for any matters regarding the courier/ Royal Mail attempting delivery if there is no-one available to sign for your parcel. If you think that your item has been lost in the post then please wait 10 working days from the date on your dispatch email before contacting us. In the case of a missing item dispatched via a courier, please wait 3 working days from dispatch before contacting.
Baby Patisserie is a multi channel retailer and do our best to ensure that we continually have all of our products in stock. In the unlikely event that an item on your order becomes out of stock, we will do our best to advise you within 48 hours of its estimated back in stock date. If the date is longer than three working days from our communication we will always give you the option to cancel your order or wait for the new stock to arrive.
Products will be insured against loss or damage for their full value. Items will only be dispatched after the payment clears in our accounts.
