Competitions

Baby Patisserie reserves the right to withdraw a competition at any time without notice and do not offer any cash alternatives. Baby Patisserie's decision is final and we reserve the right to with draw the prize.

Charity

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, Baby Patisserie donates to a selected charity each year and is unable to support all charity requests. 

Baby Patisserie actively supports a charity or causes within the Northeast of England each year as part of its commitment to adding value to its regional area. We are unable to provide financial aid to all charities due to the exceptionally high volume of requests we receive and so select charities at our discretion.

On occasions, we may supply products for charity auctions but reserve the right to do so. If Baby Patisserie does supply a charity with any items, we must receive a copy of all associated press coverage and details of the event including the total of our products auction, the total amount raised and the winner’s name. In exchange for our support, we ask to be given a link from the charity’s’ own website, social media platforms or in the press.

The remit of this policy is to ensure that all/any charity donations made in kind, material goods or financially are received by the charity/cause named and not attempts by individuals to fraudulently exploit Baby Patisserie for their own gains and profits.

It is with deep regret that we must employ this policy however, in order to continue giving our high level of charity support Baby Patisserie must be protected from fraudulent charity claims. Charities outside of the Northeast will be supported through promotion on Baby Patisserie’s blog, social media and newsletter where appropriate.

All Charities and good causes are invited to submit an article to us for promotion. If you wish to do so then please email us.
